Senior Charter Specialist

The primary function of our Senior Charter Specialist is to create and maintain a relationship with the client. He/she will need to understand each client’s specific needs on a trip-by-trip basis, and also understand and note important information about each client. These details include family members, pets, dietary restrictions, frequented locations, and mores. This person is responsible for sourcing aircraft options when a jet charter request is received from a client (but will have support from Charter Associates who are there to source aircraft options when the Senior Charter Specialist is busy creating and nurturing client relationships.) The Senior Charter Specialist must ask detailed questions to make sure that the correct size, type, and age of aircraft are presented as options. Once options are compiled, the Senior Charter Specialist will present them in an organized fashion to the client. This includes setting pricing, selecting images, and including all pertinent information regarding the given options.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain client relationships
  • Source new clients using traditional and technology based techniques
  • Attend events with potential new clients
  • Create and maintain relationships with aircraft operators
  • Source and present aircraft options for clients when they make trip requests
  • Organize inflight catering when requested. (Associate assisted) Record and report all trip profits
  • Organize ground transportation when requested. (Associate assisted)
  • Note all preferences on client profile to ensure top quality service. (Associate assisted)
  • Adhere to company policies and business practices.
  • Cover on call shifts to build a personal book of business. (Associate assisted)
  • Skills, Experience & Qualifications

  • 2 years' experience managing private jet charter flights either as an operator or a broker
  • Luxury customer service experience required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Basic Microsoft Office suite skills required
  • Basic Part 135 regulation knowledge required
  • Excellent professional communication skills both written and spoken
  • High level organizational skills
  • Location: Miami (Will consider remote opportunities for qualified candidates)

    Charter Associate

    The primary function of a Charter Associate is to support the Senior Charter Specialists. This includes organizing ground transportation, organizing catering for flights, tracking flights, and most importantly, sourcing aircraft options. This is a developmental role that will teach a Charter Associate how to be a great Charter Specialist. They will learn private aircraft information useful for selecting an aircraft for a given mission, Part 135 regulations pertinent to daily operations and many other things essential to becoming a skilled Aviation Specialist.

    Responsibilities

  • Source aircraft options for Charter Specialists when they are busy creating and maintaining customer relationships
  • Create and maintain relationships with aircraft operators
  • Organize inflight catering when requested
  • Organize ground transportation when requested
  • Track all flights including preflight check with operator, departure notifications, and arrival notifications
  • Note all preferences on client profiles to ensure top quality service
  • Relay all communication from operators to Senior Charter Specialists
  • Adhere to company policies and business practices
  • Cover on call shifts to build a personal book of business
  • Skills, Experience & Qualifications

  • Luxury customer service experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Basic Microsoft Office suite skills required
  • High level communication skills
